Recovery agents harassing near and dear ones for recovery

I have being defaulting my credit card payment as major loss in business, i had spoken to the recovery agents earlier in 2018 and given then 3 post dated cheques, the cheques given to then were not deposited in time by them. On the third month i received a call asking for payment. I asked them where are the cheques and why r they not deposited on time. They disconnected and within five minutes i got a message from my bank tht three cheque are deposited and returned. After which the Recovery bank has not called. Recently i have a received a call From the recovery agent from the same bank asking for default amount i told him to give me a settlement letter and close The deal with EMI i failed to make the first payment so i messaged him saying tht the full payment will be done on or before the last date of emi. He replied saying tht he cannot wait till tht time and will recover money in his way, so he started calling my near and dear ones and started talking rudly to them asking for recovery he also tells them that i have given the numbers of the relatives. Wht can i do ?
