Loan Issue

I have opted for hair treatment from vibes gachibowli, they asked me to apply for loan from their tied up merchant capital float for an amount of 30000 INR. So I have provided my details(aadhar card, bank account etc..) to vibes. Later I got call from vibes stating your account details are incorrect so loan is not approved. The next time I have visited them Pai d the entire amount for treatment through my card and asked them about the loan, they said as bank details provided are incorrect loan didn't get processed and no issues will be there for you. After that amount got deducted from my bank account for EMI, so I contacted capitalfloat regarding this as it should happen as I have not availed any loan but they stated me that loan amount got disbursed to vibes account. I contacted vibes regarding this one member has accepted that loan amount got disbursed into their account but they didn't repay back to capital float. These capital float team knew that I have paid entire amount for treatment from my card and also the vibes taken money from capital float as well. As loan provided was on my details the capital float team is unable to close the loan. Vibes team is not responding for my calls after taking money from both me and capital float.
