How I can legally handle Mental harassment at work place?

My boss is doing some business of Multi level marketing. He asked me to join the same but I refused him. But from that day he started harassing me in many ways as mentioned below. 1. Insulting in front of people and asking for taking membership of business to avoid this. 2. Spoiling of my image in front of seniors. 3. Not including me in deciding market correction benefits for my team members (Later come to know it was given to non-deserving candidate and member of MLM business run by boss) 4. Giving preferences over me (though I was deserving, can be proved by comparing KPI achievements and customer feedback)to other people in appraisals 5. Demoting me by changing my reporting from Engagement manager to Delivery Manager. New reporting manger is on the same role and almost same grade on which I am currently. There is no correlation with my work area and work area of new reporting manager. 6. Appointing new Delivery manager and removing my two team members from me and attaching it to newly appointed Delivery Manager (Later on I came to know this newly created DM is also member of MLM business and one of my team member who has attached with new DM is also working for same MLM business). 7. Decision 5 & 6 was taken without informing me at all or without including me in any communication regarding this whereas newly created Delivery Manager was in the communication
