Non Payment of dues and mental harassement

I had joined this company on 28th June 2019. Firstly, after so many reminder's I got my 70% of salary transfered on 10th Aug 2019. Then on 22nd Augest 2019 I reminded them of my salary which is left then they mailed me in the night around 11:30pm that the servious are no longer required and firstly I was asked to leav without any notice and secondly they still havent paid my 22 days of wages and now they are saying that they will deduct for one holiday and saturday as well which was never mentioned to me earlier.They assured to provide salary documentation they haven't done that such a fraud company they are. They committed to give my salary on 7thSep 2019 and now forcing me to agree on a smaller amount and deducting salary without any proper justification and its 24th Sep 2019. I have been trying to reach them either they are not receiving my calls or have blocked my number and I am realy mentally harassed by this company as I ahve to take care of liabilities at my home and because of them I am suffering from unemployment for last one month and I avent vn received my earlier salary.
