I have not yet received my salary

I worked in a restaurant as a server. I joined on June 5th. I am from Arunachal Pradesh and I had to go to my hometown as my cousin met an accident in Delhi on 24th of August and eventually died on 25th. I went to Arunachal on 26th. Here is the brief story:- My cousin met an accident and urged my seniors to provide me half day as I need to go to Delhi but unfortunately I was denied despite with such a legitimate reason just because it was Sunday. We already had all our staff except Upen and Shivam senior. I repeatedly urged to provide me half day but all in vain. Later, I thought to ask leave from Ajay Sir (Manager) but at that moment I got a call that my cousin was no more and left this world. Ajay Sir was very busy and as I heard that news I rushed towards to AIIMS. At that time I didn't had any other feelings except my cousin. Eventually, I also texted later in the WhatsApp group of Big Chill Cafe and apologized about what I did and told them about the circumstances. I also told that I am leaving for Arunachal Pradesh with the body as soon as I get free I will join with the team. I also added that I am ready for any punishment and penalty as I am unaware about the norms of Big Chill Cafe as I was not given any appointment letter after joining as a server. But as I return, I can see that my name was not in the roaster and my salary (1 month) also not credited in my account.
