Salary and allowance claim

Respected Sir / Madam, My Name is Prakash Jayapal from Tamilnadu. I was worked Banking Support Service ( Background Verification, Due Diligence Service, Address Verification) for Salary base Private Company. Monthly Salary Rs9,000+ Allowance. Salary every month 10th Credit my Account Rs.9000/- and Allowance credit 20th every month as per claim ( Every month is amount varies as per work,Client meet and Petrol use KM wise) Example : - Month Salary + Allowance 1. Sep'18 = Rs.9000 + Rs.3000 ( Received) 2. Oct'18 = Rs.9000 + Rs.7000 ( Received) 3. Nov'18 = Rs.9000 + Rs.5500 ( Received) 4. Dec'18 = Rs.9000 + Rs.25000 ( Salary Received + Claim Rs.13000 Received - Part Claim Stop) 5. Jan'19 = Rs.9000 + Rs.11000 ( Salary Received + Claim Rs.5000 Received - Part Claim Stop) 6. Feb'19 = Rs.9000 + Rs.13000 ( Salary Received + Full Claim Stop - Not Release) 7. Mar'19 = Rs.9000 + Rs.1000 ( Received) as per Above method they Stop my Part Claim amount last few Months. I Claim the Amount is Reimbursement type every month 20th. Company not provide any guideline or rule for the claim Procedure. What amount we spend that amount we claim. ( Client Address Field Verification- Petrol & Bus Expense, Etc..) Note : Company Not Provide any Official Document, Guideline or Rule for the Claim. ( once field Staff Expense the Amount and Reimbursement the Amount later ) 1. I have Company Id card but Company not Provide Appointment Order when we ask Appointment order company told We give after 3 months only. after 3 month they stop my claim part amount. now they refuse to pay my pending amounts.i give complaint to Labour office they call and enquiry both, company accept my salary, working and claim to labour office. but they refuse to pay the balance payment and they told Transfer to the file in Court. now Labour officers told with out Appointment order i can't help to you. Appointment order they Mention the Salary,Job Description and Claim etc. now you don't have appointment order so you can't get the fund, you will file the case in court and prove the details and get the Amount. My Question : I have Company ID card and Working Proof Mail and Whatsapp Conversion Messages. Salary and Claim Received With Bank Account details. i have all proof for the Working, Salary and Claim. but only Appointment letter is Problem. Kindly Advise Appointment letter is Necessary or Not. what i need to Do? Please Advise ..... I am looking Your Reply .. Thank you sir
