Query related to what to go with Labour court or labour commissioner or any other advice please

Sir, I am doing job with one biggest cement company in Asia at location Kutchh (Gujarat), Actually during 2006 that plant brought our family land for construction of plant in our area and ensure us for permanent local employment in writing on stamp paper as per our qualifications and at that time and that time I have qualified as B.COM and so they deputed me in Accounts from 01.06.2006 thereafter I have completed M.COM and MBA (FINANCE) external but company not give that's benefit not posted me on situable grade. Well but due my hometown job I continue with cement plant from 01.06.2006 now from few months they forcing and mentally tourche me to transfer at Mumbai with same job band only HRA and some nominal benefits given to me beside here at my hometown I am alone yongest son in my family my mother are nearby senior citizen age and suffer with high BP and colectrole also I have two little child both are in infancy stage so requested to the management for please do not transfer my job role from Gujarat to Maharashtra so once they refused my request but many I request to our management also submit it in writing they stop my computer and job role with Accounts and asked for seat ideally for another job role will provide by HR Department so for more than one month I wait for another job role out seat from Accounts and now HR issue transfer letter from Accounts to Mechanical department for plant operational job so once again request to them about please allow me a suitable job role as per my qualification and experience because I have no knowledge about machinery and plant operations but they pressuring and asking me to either accept that job or they will stop my punch and will take disciplinary action so I take leave for 15 days and watch your video on YOUTUBE and so hope that you will guide me rightly please guide. Here for your knowledge they stopped my increment and also cut my promotion even I have received writing letter from our HO and do no paid me increment and promotion benefit from last 03 months. So please with situation what I have to do I many times request to the management verbal and in writing but they now not ready for listen to me and justice with me. Please reply must.
