Harassment at work place on the basis of age and caste

What can be done if I am victim of caste nd age discrimination at workplace. Our manager treats me differently comparison to other staffs. I feel criticised all the time and even humiliated in front of customers. He always discourages me while taking TA/HA mentioning that bank is spending too much amount upon you but you never work. There are too many people roaming outside road in search of job they can work efficiently in 10000 what is need of u. We are only 2 officers nd both are female. He couldnot scold her or insult her like me because she belongs to upper caste nd her husband is an officer in Dm office. If same thing she does she is not scolded or being scolded. My question is does he has a right to put my moral down infront of cutomers???no.. evwrbody has right to lead peacfully. There are many such cases to that i have to mention. Kindly suggest me what to do. Even one tribal clerk has complained to his union about him earlier. I dont like his way of talking to me. He talks very roughly nd rudely to me. I am getting depressed day by day.
