Mental harrasment

I urvil solano working in nationalised bank as a JMGS-I officer (scale-I) Since 6th April 2017 . I was selected under physical handicap category. I have not taken a single medical leave since joining i.e.6th april 2017. But before 3 months due to ulcer over the amputee stump i could not walk because of bleeding and pain so i had taken medical leave and for the same i had submitted the medical certificates which is issued by government hospital ( Civil hospital Ahmedabad) to my employer which is also attached with this mail. Despite submission of medical certificate to my employer they continuoulsy harrasing me mentally and threating me that they will be fired me..and also doubting regarding medical certificates which was issued by government hospital. i am surprise to see their behaviour that they are doubting medical certificates which is issued by reputed authorities. They sent me multiple letters in which they always mentioned that they will be fired me despite my disclosure as well as submission of medical certificates. Moreover they did not pay my one month salary, i have raised voice aginst it to my head office but they also denied my request. Presentally , I have 35+ earned leave as well as 9 causal leave which could be used in this case. I have never opposed regarding my posting which is in remote area despite my handicapness but Now, I am totally mentally depressed due to this type of behaviour Kindly do the needful.
