Cancellation of election duty (BLO) on health ground

Since last 1 year I am doin blo duty for ECI. Unfortunately I was diagnosed of discogenic lower back (L5S1) few months ago. I applied for cancellation of BLO duty because of my health issue as normally we have to walk door to door to perform our duty.vafter giving application along with medical certificates , case papers no action was taken and still order was issued to me for the same work. I reported to the office and was verbally told that I will be relieved only after someone joins in my place and as I have to travel 2 hours to and from home to returning officer office I did not report again to his office. But submitted some election card forms through some other colleague as the voters from my part submitted the form s in my office where I regularly work and which is 10 min distance from my home ( maternal home as I shifted there coz of my health issue and kids only after the Dr advice no riding and walking ). Now the thing is there was announcement through WhatsApp text regarding meeting ( photo session of 15 min) which all BLOs of the constituency had to attend and was said compulsory to which I replied saying I cannot attend due to my lower back issue. For which the latter reply saying no excuses and provide medical certificate through govt. Medical officer. And my absence will be treated as intentional.
