Termination without reason

I was working with a company ...or like it is I was in Jaipur then I got a call from company from Ahmedabad as I was looking for job opportunities I gave the interview and I was selected for that company I left Jaipur and came Ahmedabad I was on probation period I was even performing good One day during break hours I was sitting with my frnds and one of my friend ..she was talking on the phone..so we were calling her she started running towards us to come near She fell down and got small injury..it was nothing big..a Normal one After that she came the next day she was Normal..and everything was normal After three days my manager came to me and said u are terminated as Ur frnd (that girl) is not coming to offc I didn't understand what happened? I called her she told she is not well so she is not coming.. even she informed the offc as well Still this guys are terminating My question is 1) is it a valid reason 2) I earned lot of incentives during this which they are not ready to pay 3) should I complain anywhere?
