Physcological harrasment

Hello Sir, Right now i am working on the payroll of the company and my work location is a very reputed place of Indian. My Team Lead is always target me for everything either i do more work or less work. If i do more work then he will target that you want to show that you are the best and if i do normal work then he constantly tell me that u do not work even if i am doing whatever i have given. He always scold me in front of other employees but he never do the same with rest of my colleges, he always use informal language whenever i asked any question, His body language while he scold or reply to something is very inappropriate, if i took break he always angry on me but this behavior is not same with other colleges. He also do favoritism. After 1.5 year of toleration of such behavior i complained to my HR head regarding this but got almost nothing. But from the next day things were completely changed i boycott completely by him and his favoritism. No work is assigned to me from last 2 weeks even if i am trying to take work or initiate some work it has been taken from me indirectly. Even if i sat near user query receiver or try to take calls they directly or indirectly drag the receiver. I am not sure what to do next there are so so many things happening which i cannot write here. someone please suggest what to do next because if i will not do work because he always assign work every day so after month or so it will effect my monthly report or record and also my progress of work.
