Fraud by Visa Consultant

Dear Sir, I have been contacted by the following consultant for sending me to Canada on work visa. Orion Immigration and Visa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., No. 12 to 15 Acharya shopping complex, c g road, Near Basant Cinema, Chembur,, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400074 Person Name: Mihir Ashok Shah (ID Proof Attached) Mobile No. [deleted]) According to his first interaction, I have to pay Rs. 2,50,000/- from my salary, after getting visa and join the company. Only 17,200/- I paid for Embassy Fees and Medical Services. After paying 17,200/- he provided me Embassy Appointment Letter, Canada Visa Approval Letter, LMIA Letter, Copy of Advance Salary DD and Medical Appointment (Copy of the letter attached with this mail). After few days and before interview date he again call me and asked for 50% Ticket amount (Aprox: 30,000/-) which initially I should pay and company will reimburse after joining, but there is no official proof from company side. When I refuse to pay 50% ticket amount without any proof and without embassy interview then he cancelled my application and said that he will return my 17,200/- Now since 10 days he is neither answering my calls nor refunding my money. His intention was doing big fraud with me, but I did not pay the ticket amount and he is happy with 17,200/- Kindly do the needful against these type of fraud consultant to save someone's to become victim.
