Hello sir I'm bhupinder kaur . I'm doing job a private academy .but 17.07.19 my father ki death ho gyi thi I'm the elder person of my family that's way all the responsibility on my head .that's way I'm saying my area manager i want leave bcuz my father dead they refuse one month leave con spect then I'm decide to leave the job I'm said that pls sir I' to want full and final bcuz I need money for my dad ceremony. He said right the application with reason why you left the job and surely I done your f and f with two days. And he said on the spot you go your home. I left my office and reach my home . After that they not pick my coll and refer my call to senior they said wait . Now 15 days done nobody responded my f and f . They give me mental exhaustion and said many illegal things about me and my character. And danay my f and f . After one day Written my application I'm said I'm rejoin my job bcuz you never do work on my f and f .they said you never join this job . I'm need money that's way I join new job. What im do I dnt understand . They have also my one month salary and security. They investigate my life and daily do uncomfortable activities with me
