Private company uses my own money and terminate me and not doing for clearance

Respected Sir, I was employee of Pratap in Ambikapur cluster from July18 and worked for company in critical situataion when company has no fund for rectification and ATC client work As per instruction of santosh sir,amit yadav,rajveer sir, ravi sir i have spent money more than 2.5 Lakh in company productivity work.In aug,sep,oct,nov, Dec18. company has appointed new CM for Ambikapur cluster and I have transferred in TVI account .and on 26 Feb19 shikha Mam termnate me as per company expectation not fullfil but still my full and final pending.I have many times call to seniour management but no body help me and still my one Lakh sixty thousand rs and one month salary hold. If company not want to me continue than why my full and final pending.Due to negligency of amit yadav 35 MCCB of havells make 125Amp lose through bus transportation between raipur to ambikapur and he want deduction of lose material from my account.In ambikapur area 4 cluster manager changed by company within one year means it is not my faliure this location is very challenging this is seniour management faliure.12 Lakh billing still pending of ambikapur cluster but in my time i have already completed all sign off from Concern CE and send amit..After my termination if any case pending this is responsibility of present CM manoj and shabbir. My humble request again that pl help for release my full and final I have no pain for Pratap left. Within one week If issue not resolved I will do suicide and all are responsible for it.
