Monthly Salary & Advance Required

I am working with Asma Traexim Pvt Ltd (Finance Head)-AP-7 Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi-88. The company is found sort of funds only when the salary falls due. Normally the company has never paid salary before 10 of each month. Finding such delays each time, I asked & applied for Advance of 40K (equivalent of salary drawn) on 28.07.19 & the HR Head approved 15K. Whereas other staffs have been approved their advances with equivalent of salary drawn at any point of time. I demanded the advance at the exact day end of the month so that my monthly expenses are timely met out. Rent, School Van, School Fee, Monthly Milk Bill, daily Grocery. I joined this company on 01.07.15. And it is almost 4 years. I have never applied for such advances but applied keeping in view that when other's are enjoying the benefit of Advance salary than why cann't I too be privileged. Whereas even being a Finance HOD my first time request have been ignored at the hands of HR department. In rest of the cases I have been approving all the advance requests, but my request for self could be approved at my level, hence it was to be approved by HR Head. And the HR Head is just a 3 months new joinee. And behind this activity it was a planned game of the owner itself whom the HR went to consult for the approval. The owner has been playing the tricks of divide & rule. He is happy with new faces & ignores the old faces. And due to such attitude & approach of company colleagues, I am very hurt. Need suggestions, is there any scope for legal right to claim the salary on time before 7'th of each month even if the vendor payments falls dues or employee is always required to scarifies. Moreover the company is in the business of manufacturing of pvc sheets, but the owner himself spend big amount each month in various curriculum activities of his passion such as preyney healing & mediation courses, aretic yoga, how to become a professional speaker, how to become a speech leader so on & so for. No doubt he is the owner of the company & he has full right & first right to take the business in any mode but if he has engaged the manpower at various designations he should not underestimate the needs of his employees or there should not be biased policy. Finally I conclude that I am lacking the quality of buttering, & he supports those who nodes their heads in any discussion. And this is how I am creating a rift but I am always strong in my subject and donot believe in unnecessary obligation. Drafted on 01.08.19 & send to Pleaders Intelligent Legal Solutions
