How to take time to repay the debt of banks and moneylenders and private SHG NGO lenders?

Dear Sir/Madam, My father was running a pan shop and he did few small loans for our education and he met with an accident, he was saved with treatment but we didn't get any considerable compensation (court finalised for only 1.60,000 as the accident car didnot had insurance coverage) after running the case for 6 years. With in that period for the expense of my father leg operation and my brother education of engineering and my education of graduation and post graduation, my mother has taken so many loans from her friends and relations and moneylenders for interest and my education loan for post graduation, my brother final year education loan also is still remaining. My father was unable to work and my mother supported him by standing in pan shop and running the shop, now also we are struggling to repay the loans, even after requesting for time, many money lenders are still harassing for paying the interest, our all loans will come around 14,00,000. My brother who was doing job in a company wind turbine has fell from the place and was in nerve problem, since we didn't had any money for treatment, he was in rest for last 1 year, now he is recovered and ready to go for job. Now i also got job in state government(WCDS- Female supervisor, Karnataka), for getting order proceeding and joining and salary still minimum 8 months is required, now we are living in very critical condition with the harassment from moneylenders and some loans are taken to repay another through SHG of Bharath HIndustan, Jananidhi, and some of our neighbours have given us loans by standing as middleman , now they are also in trouble as the money lenders are harrassing them also. We will definitely repay their money but we need some time till we get some earnings, my family donot have any other income other than the hope of this job. we are unable to live in our family with at;east a little peace. We need time of atleast 2 to 3 years to give so that i can repay them. KIndly advise me on how to proceed legally for taking time to repay the loans by giving complaint as our lives are in risk.
