Regarding full and final settlement

I was working with this company since 25th June 2018 in starting 2 month company gave rise salary on 25 days delay but after September month company started giving our monthly salary on 2 months delay. I was billing engineer in this company as I worked hard and with full honesty but we didn't get any appreciation for that but company started 3 months delay in monthly salary and we raise voice against them so they transferred us to different locations. But there also we work with full honesty but story going same they didn't give us salary on time.i have so much dues on me I have home loan emi, personal loan EMI, credit card EMI other expense also my father had and heart attack in Oct 2018 but that time also company didn't help me.after being in so much depression and in financial crisis I mailed to our Ho that please release my salary I am in so much need but they didn't reply and after being in frustration and financially depressed I didn't have money to survive I dont have single penny in my pocket so I stopped to go to work and after 5 days to not attend duty they mail me termination letter and when I go there and handover all the documents they promised me to release one salary in 2 days but today after almost 01 month when I asked them they straightly say that...ham aapko kuchh nahi denge jo karna he karlo....I am requesting you to please case on them make chargsheet and show them power on labour court. Please suggest what to do?
