Entitlement to macp
Respected Sir/Madam,
Most humbly, I do here by submit the following facts before you for kind examination :
(i) that, I had joined the Govt. service on 30th Jan, 2004 at DRDO, Min. of Defence as Assistant (Hindi) in the pre-revised pay scale (erstwhile) [deleted]/- which was replaced with the Pay Band of 9300 - 34,800/- with Grade Pay of 4200/- by virtue of implementation of the 6th CPC recommendations.
(ii) that, consequent to my selection in Department of Atomic Energy, I did submit my Technical Resignation in my previous department thus, enabling my polite self to avail the past service benefits as after joining the Dept. of Atomic Energy on the 25th Jan, 2010 as Junior Hindi Translator in the Pay Band of 9300 - 34,800/- with Grade Pay of 4200/-.
(iii) that, as on 01st Jan, 2014, I have already completed 10 (ten) years of regular Govt. service.
(iv) that, as per GOI, DoPT, O.M. No. - 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) dated 19th May, 2009 my dedicated self is still eligible to the first financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme even after the fact exists that prior to joining the DAE my Scale of Pay (pre-revised) was [deleted]/- and the advt. of the current post held the (pre-revised) Scale of Pay as [deleted]/- according to the spirit of the provisions stated in Clause 5 of the MACP Scheme illustrates. (O.M. No. - 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) dated 19th May, 2009 is readily available through Google search)
(v) that, in view of the above can myself be treated to be in the very initial grade without any financial upgradation and thus, I may granted the First financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme at the earliest from 01st April, 2014.
