Interior Issue

We went for a interior designing company looking at their design options and lifetime guarantee options they provide via their website advertisement. The brand is now opening Pan India. Franchise of our city who was dealing with us forced us to place all our orders together or earlier promising to provide fast delivery as we were delayed to do our house warming and house shifting. But actual delivery did not happen in time frame expected , causing more delays than their usual promised time frame. They did not capture any of our requirements clearly and were keen only to get the money. Per their policy they take 100% of payment before delivery of materials and installation. During installation of Kitchen we figured out problems and wanted to stop Wardrobe order immediately. For which team denied stating there is no refund policy. we drafter few agreement points over email - stating no civil damages , zero errors, ensure installation as per our requirements - to continue wardrobe order in case of no refund, they agreed over email. Again on wardrobe delivery and installation they continued to fail - continued to affect our civil structure and wardrobes brought were not of our site measurement. When enquired started stating we had done some civil changes to change measurements and their wardrobe cannot support skirting in the floor etc etc. In addition , they also been treating us extremely badly. When apprised about this , Rather than addressing our queries, started turning around the problems on us. Also franchise owner has been instructing their carpenters to amend all materials onsite , these are MDFs when cut /altered will easily loose it’s structure. We denied altering them on our site and asked them to provide as per our site conditions. They took parts of the materials for alteration and again they started defaulting on delivery dates. We were firm to stop the wardrobe installation and asked for refund. For that, company denies to give refund. When asked to install per our requirements they are denying to do that as well, forcing us to take the way they have created rather than delivering per our requirements. Already their kitchen installation wall units fell off due to poor installation and poor quality. Now we are afraid to take this any further with rude manner franchise handles us. Now we are confused as to how to take this forward.
