Hi, My self Purushotham i have applied for online data entry job from the above company(5th Dec 2018) i found it through online they have asked me to share the any address proof so i have shared DL copy. I have received the agreement including my father name in it so i have asked them to change & i have sent a mail i will not proceed without changing it(mail sent on the same day). They have not done it & i have not received any reply from them they have sent login details it was a spam mail i didn't check the spam mail dated 06th Dec 2018 & they have sent a mail on 8th Dec 2018 asking me to make a payment of Rs 7800/- on the same day.& on 7th dec 2018 i have sent a mail to cancel the agreement i have got a mail & call on 24th dec 2018 i have explained them and forwarded the emails after that i didn't get any call or emails. I have got a call on 15th july on the same and asking me the same i have forwarded the same to him also. i have got a message on 17th july 2019 @ 12:05 pm the message is Under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further. Kindly call on ********** for further details & other message @ 12:09 pm My name internal case no 11012** has been listed on 17/07/2019 for legal proceedings. kindly call on ********** for further details. I need some advice on the same. Please help me
