Zoomcar Fraud Policies

Hello, Firstly I want to thank the readers for getting the time to gothrough my query. I am Adil, a zap member in zoomcar. Now the incident begins, Initially I have subscribed for a brand new ford figo on 26th June 2018 and everything was running good unless 4th January 2019, it had met with an accident and I have been replaced ford figo with second hand maruthi swift whose condition was not good at that moment itself. And after multiple calls with Customer executives and zoom members they managed to convince me to continue with swift for which I apparently agreed. Now, I have took zoomcar for personal use and on 6th June 2019 at 11:50 PM with family on sangareddy(Hyderabad) highway I met with an accident due to which oil leaked(we stopped there itself as we knew that if we cont. to move, the engine gets seized and now we have called zoomcar customer support for help for which they said they'll be sending someone for assistance, we waited for 4long hours in the night no one came to us, again we desperately called the zoomcar for which they said to park the vehicle sideways and leave. We however managed to get off from there and came home from middle of journey. The next day zoomcar executive calls me and says that how can I leave the car there on the highway, so I said your people said me to do so, he argued with me for sometime and later they took the vehicle with them and we thought according to policies the max. liable charges would be 10,000, coz all the zoomcar vehicle have insurance. Thus, we were rest assured to pay the charges and get off from there. Suprisingly very next day one of the zoomcar executive calls me and says that engine has been seized and I need to pay 1,50,000/- for which I said no way, "when I have handed you the car, engine wasn't seized coz one of our member is mechanic". For which he argued and spoke roughly with us. So later on I said them to leave I will goto consumer court and file petition. Now, I have been getting notifications to pay 1,50,000/- and I want to file a case against them.
