Bank Harassment

ICICI Bank has been harassing me for the last 4 years now by linking my Savings account, Credit card with some unknown Home Loan and have freeze my accounts and after investigation apologized and confirmed that matter has been resolved and I will not be troubled again but this issue has repeatedly surfaced and I have been at receiving end as I have to run around to let them know that it is not my account. From year [deleted] this issue though resolved as per Bank, but it kept coming back and the Bank has linked my Account with this loan, either with Saving Account or Credit Card and kept on threatening with a legal action, this consumes a lot of time and 2 times involving the investigation by police. My Question : What can we do to ensure that bank stop harassing when they have investigated, confirmed and acknowledged that the home loan doesn't belong to me but they keep coming back with linking this to me and blocking my assets without any fault of mine. What are my options apart from working with bank and begging them to resolve this.
