Relieving Letter

Hi, My name is Chetan Phadake reside in Kolkata. I took a medical leave on June 4th and I was supposed to join the company on 23rd June 2019. As I was entering my axiss card was blocked and informed the security guard. He called to one of our H.R her name is Payal, she asked me to wait after few minutes she called me to her bay as I went inside she informed me that our manager don't want to keep me in this organization name of the company is (Sunknowledge.Pvt.Ltd). I provided my medical documents to Payal and she asked me to wait until my manager comes. As my manager entered. She and our TL took me to corridor and informed me that this medical records is not supporting. She requested me to do a final formalities. H.R told me that she will call me back. She didn't called me. I called her and went to my company to collect my relieving letter she informed me that I have been upsconded, I informed her that I come to work on 23/06/2019. You said that my manager don't want to take me in this organization. I slogged like a dog for three and a half years for this organization. I'm no where without a reliving letter. Please someone help me. I had leave balance up to 33 days and I was agreed for loss of pay. Without a reason I have been terminated and H.R is telling me that I have been upsconded.
