PXV Pvt Ltd company is threatening and demanding money

I Registered for an online job with PXV Pvt. Ltd. online Captcha filling. They sent an agreement on mail and got it signed through Phone itself. I signed it because it looked useless and the sign i did was also not ok. Did not match with my actual signatures. Before Registering, the call center guy told me if you start the job and do not finish it, or if you don not complete it with 90% efficiency, you will be charged 5100 Rs. They sent the login ID, Password and login link to me. I opened the link and it asked that it will require access to my google drive. and i declined. Now, i called the helpline number, they dint pick up. i did not start the work. Technically, i should not be charged anything. since 2 days, 2 of their advocates are calling me and sending messages that a law suit has been filed against me. On a bit of research, I got to know that the agreement was a photoshop job. and its just not me. There are lot of people who are facing the same issue. The question i have are. 1. Am I liable to follow an Agreement that has been made online. 2. Online research shows that the complete company PXV is a fraud, how can i know if they even exist or not. They do not have a website. The Advocates are threatening to file a Suit against me and calling me to Latur (in Maharashtra State) Court. But they are only sending mails for that matter. I have no idea how a court notice looks like and what does it means to have recieved a court notice. 4. How do i know that the advocates are even real advocated and are not frauds, though they are playing frauds. is there a Bar council member Site or directory or something that can let me know the reality. 5. Where can we check that the case number they are reffering to real or just a bluff.
