Bajaj recovery harrassment

I have taken consumer loan from bajaj finserv on my wife's name and paid regularly ..so bajaj offered me a personal loan i took this loan as i needed money i paid half of the loan regularly now for last 3 months i m not able to pay the emi due to unemployment..and this recovery agents are harrassing me and my family..as this loan is on my wife's maiden name..they are saying that they will send legal notice to my in laws home..and my bro-in-laws office as well and they will be forced to vacant the room provided by govt..as this room is provided as govt job ..i dont know what to do.. last month another recovery agent saying he is from legal department and if i pay him one emi he will give me another top up loan from bajaj..i have no job right now..its very difficult to survive this days with my 2 yrs old son..i m very scared..even i go for any interview always have fear in my mind are they coming today again. every time my wife call same fear arise in my mind ..we are very tense..i some time feels to end up life plz help me..
