Regarding parking a car

I use to park my car on the street next to my house wall i left enough spaces for vehicles turning the road and enough spaces for my neighbor to take and out of their parking lot (they own two cars one is BMW and other is Honda City). Still they want me to park the car near the turning corner which causes the hindrance to other vehicles while attempting to take a turn. I tried to explain them the situation about difficulty in turning the vehicle but they are not ready to listen to me. And they made a complain about this issue to police and SI came and made us to park our vehicle some other place and they told me "if you are not taking this vehicle I will be sued by my higher official and next I will tow your vehicle but refused to mention the who is that higher official." I would like to ask few questions: 1. Is it illegal to park a vehicle outside my house near my wall? (not in front of the neighbor's gate but opposite side of the road.) 2. I made enough spaces to take in and out from parking so that their driver can take the easily but not by others. Does this mean inefficiency of driving skills of the person or mistake of the RTO who issued license? 3. I was trying to explain about the public convenience but he was saying about personal convenience. Is this fair? 4. Police officer was talking in favor of that person since he is rich and has more money and owing the house whereas we are tenants. How should a police should deal this matter? 5. Is there anything i can do with this matter? 6. The most worrying thing is we are relatives somehow so whenever i try to speak in regional language he still speaks in english. mail: [deleted]
