Is it possible for complete replacement of a brand new bike in manufacturing defect case

I have purchased a brand new Royal Enfield bike on [deleted] & on the 3rd day of purchase I have noticed that engine oil is lickage from the engine. As I have out of the city , unable to take the bike at that time and take the bike to the service station on [deleted] & found that there is a huge crank in the engine pannel due to manufacturing defect and they said they replace it with a new engine pannel. But I argue with them that as it is just 7days to purchase this bike why you should repair it and told them replace a new bike instead of repair, then both the dealer and company deny for replacement and after a long argument company said that they only replace the engine with a new engine on warranty basis, then I said as it is manufacturing defect and just 7days to purchase why don't you replace it as it's your fault and why should customer bear for this, but both the dealer and company did not respond any more and they stayed with their dicisson for change with a new engine. After that I have lodged a complaint in consumer court for complete replacement of a brand new bike on 18-06-19 and wait for their response. Kindly suggest me in this matter what should I do in further and is there any possibility of getting a new bike. My mail id is "[deleted]"
