Parking for 2 cars in Society
Dear Sir,
I have two cars however the society does not allow me to park my second car inside the society premises inspite of free parking being available.
I had suggested that for all the free parking slots available, allotment should be done to the society members on the basis of lottery every year and suitable fees should be charged.
However, they say that in one of the Annual General Body meeting they had agreed that no society member will be allowed to keep the second car.
Please let me know whether I can challenge this AGM decision.
Also, there are some parking owners whose parking space is empty and are ready to give me the parking for a premium monthly fee however the society does not allow that also.
I am being harassed by the secretary as he is sending me multiple emails and letters at my residence and threatening me of disciplinary action.
Please let me know your views and how can I get the society to accept second car parking as this will also be additional income for the society as currently many slots are free.
