Lawyer notice came on my whole family which we got patta passbook 1B and pahani

Sir 1111 :survey number land got from four father's we are now tree members to my father ( total area 99 guntas) all we three brothers have PPB each one got 33guntas equal share 1348 :survey number land purchased land ( younger brother)-total 60 guntas .... This land purchased from pingili in 1969 case was failed in 1975 with pingili and my younger brother .. fainal judgement came by land reforms tribunal in 2002 After this all My younger brother died in 2007 My younger brother wife sold her whole property Sold land 1)1111 survey number land 33 guntas all three elder brother sold 12 guntas Me sold 11 guntas My younger brother wife sold 11 guntas to chandramogili in 2011 1) on same day my younger brother wife sold remaining land from 1111 she sold to my elder brother and me equal share 2)in 2012 my younger brother wife sold her 1348 property which was got tribunal judgement it was purchased by me and 1348 didn't get PPB upto 2012 I purchased 1348 land according to tribunal order of proceeding Note: Land iam cropping 1111 all three shares which is after sold total 66 guntas left it is cropping by me but PPB for all three 1348 land was at first purchased my my younger brother after me but Cropping my elder brother my elder brother got PPB in 2019 according to sadhabainama simple sale agreement but not followed tribunal judgement Case : I got lawyer notice about 1111 four father's land My elder brother sent me this notice like this (((( in 1111 survey Number land I have right and I have PPB also it is my four father's land but my brother only cropping and distrubing me for my share in 1111 survey number)))))) Lowyer notice ::: Perpectual injunction order Note::: -------------------- 1111 survey number land which is belongs to my elder brother's land I got PPB after survey Mainly my VRO and RI conducted survey for 1348 land after that they realised and did PPB 1111 total 66 guntas land because of 1348 total land which I was purchased it got PPB with my elder brother Now 1348 is belongs to your elder brother And 1111 belongs to me they said But my elder brother didn't sign any where Sir please study this and give answer bout my case how much possibility is there to win this case ????
