Leaving Job without Notice in Probation Period after salary is credited
Respected Sir
I working in private company since March 2019 and still on probation period.I want to leave the job from 1st July and dont want serve the notice. My appointment letter states that This Contract of employment is terminable ,without reasons,by either party giving one month notice during probationary period. (i asked HR about one month notice period) She told me there is no notice period in probation but if there are any handover -takeover, it can be . appointment letter also states that company reserves right to pay or recover salary in lieu of notice period. Further company may at its discretion relive you from such date as it may deem fit even prior to the expiry of notice period.
I am joining any other company or job..joining my father business.
My Question are
Can i leave the job on 2nd July itself after salary is credited on 1st July??
What if i resigns before salary day in June month itself and gives them one month notice? Will they relieve me immediately or accept one month notice ? Than will my salary not credited for the month of June in July .
Can i give two weeks notice on 1st July after salary is credited?
