Cheque bounce

Hi sir, I taken a personal loan(400000 rupees) 2 years back, I had two issue, First issue is my ECS account is different from my salary account, so i use to manually pay through online, where my ECS got bounced, Second issue is delay payment due to my family medical emergency, where my ECS got bounced, but there is no pending due every month i paid properly with a delay of 5 to 10 days.Finally i went ot the branch and changed my ECS to my salary account, now from past two months my ECS is not bouncing.Currently almost 60% of loan got over. My salary is 60000.Apart from this loan ( 10500Rs EMI) I dont have any other loan. Unfortunately my father got a critical medical emergency before two months I borrowed 4 lakhs rupees from 4 local finance people with high interest rate( Repayment is monthly 16000 interest + capital = 40000Rupees) and closed the medical bill.In this situation i tried for my existing loan topup or a new loan, where it is getting rejected...I am helpless..every bank is rejecting because my cheque bounces..Please suggest me a solutions...I am in a really worst situation..
