Is it possible to get regularize when u r working on contract basis under state govt. institution.
I am working in state govt. institution in Delhi for five years on contract basis. i am against sanctioned post and there are vacancy against that post also i got appointed through advertisement but advertisement clearly mentioned that this is temporary and u may get extension. they give me a 6 month extension letter for past 5 years. initially right from the beginning to 2.5 years i do not have any gap in my service but afterwards i get a gap of two three days in every six months and every time they give me extension letter they clearly mention that u hv no right to claim for regularization u can be terminate without any notice and at the end of extension period ur service automatically ends like that. so here below i have some questions regarding this
.
1. is there any chance for me to get relief from court in this matter regarding regularization?
2. is there any provision that administration can make me permanent if they want, do they have power for that?
3. is there any chance by which i can get salary according to same work same pay rule, because i am working on sanction post and my work load is three times than the regular counterpart and my salary is just opposite to the regular employee?
4. i am working here for five years but i hv no pf deductions or medical benefits is there any law which covers these aspects for contract labor?
