Motor Accident Case

FIR under Sec 279, 337 & 338 IPC. and Motor vehicle Act 134 A B 177 is registered against me. One person met with a Car accident on highway early in the morning at 7.00 AM. Diseased person fell on my car and side mirror stirck him so he fell in side stair case and got hurted. Local public thrown stone on my car car and broken front glass and left side head lamp. I took Diseased in nearby hospital and get him admitted. Paid RS 15000.00 to Diseased relative's and paid for medicine RS. 1400.00. Then I left the spot. I came back to my hometown and since I had insurance I put my car in service station for repair and insurance claim. I returned back home, and after one week I got phone from police station that FIR has been registered against me. They mentioned there was a person walking on the road who got injured from my car and has filed an FIR under Sec 279,337 and 338. The police is saying would have to come to the police station or else they would do an arrest Warrant. How to I move forward in this. Since the accident my car is at the company service station.
