Effect on government job due to 498A FIR and case ruining in court

My wife instantly and intentionally filed FIR under 498A after 12 days of my joining in a new government job and sent the FIR copy to my office administration to terminate me from my employment. However, I got anticipatory bail from Hon'ble session court and did not arrested or went behind the bars. The case now in Hon’ble court for trails. My office administration asked about my explanation on that FIR and complaint about my wife. I have clearly given the explanation with proofs of “my early divorce petition submission in Hon'ble court before this FIR and already been staying separately from my wife since 4 moths. Only to take revenge on me, my wife had filed FIR under 498a”. However, my office administration had sent attestation copies to my regional magistrate to issue conduct certificate for me with police verification. From police verification, it will be told that there is FIR under 498A and case is under investigations. So will police verification certificate and conduct attestation with FIR under 498a will effect on my government job towards termination or suspension of job. FIR under 498A will give any effect on govt job even acute has not-arrested by police and case is running in court. Further, I am in probation period of 1 year which will end by February 2020. Please provide valuable advises.
