What about Intentional default?

Hello Sir, How are you? I have been going through your suggestions. I have a few questions. Can you help me out? I am a Collection Officer working in a NBFC. As you know we do have targets to achieve and lot more pressure from the boss and the higher authorities. I do know that harassing and abusive words can never convince a person to repay his debts who is truly in problem. But many lenders take advantage of this legal procedure of Civil suit as guided in our law. Mostly I represent myself with a polite approach. But some of them take it for granted and actually they intend not to pay until they put to pressure. Many of such Customer use abusive or rather say offensive languages. Even we get beaten for asking to pay or if they don't respond to phone calls we accidentally visited their home they simply deny to pay the EMI and in rage tells to file 138 against them. Now tell me please Sir, what will the correct procedure to get my company's EMI. So that both ways I collect the EMI Smoothly and Most of all I don't loose my JOB. As you know getting a job nowadays is like achieving something beyond your imagination.
