Section 9 notice to girl

Hi I got married on feb 4 2018. my wife she is working in Mnc same do I. As we are newly married we have as usual disputes of thoughts on casual issue like managing house with servants taking care of things etc. Due to this there was some quarrel between us. These quarrel eventually went to,the next level involving other family members. In July 2019 we had some disputes over going to native. Being a husband I forcefully told I will arrange the things whatever is best. Next day when I returned back from office. She already went away with her dad and brother. My family and me tried calling them multiple times that night but we didn’t get significant answer. After few days of calling her dad told my wife is in dispersion and not able to talk. Then family went to her house but didn’t found anything that lead to my wife is in depression as she was regularly going to her office living in a pg in Gurgaon and earning good. We tried multiple time to fix the problem tried to arrange many meetings but there is no result it us us who most of 5he time try to initiate the communication. There is no single call till date from my wife mobile to me or any other family members. If we call then she picks up the call that too after 4 months. Durin this period there were multiple instance where family tried to resolve the things but no use. There is no communication from last 3 months. Would it be advisable to send notice.
