Immediate Terminated without reason or pay
Dear Friends,
I am seeking for your advice on my termination from IT company.
I was working in IT company since last 2 years 3 months. From June 2018 they asked to work from 1PM to 12:30 AM India time which is 11:30 hours (3:30 hours more then actual working hours). All employees asked to reduce time as it was impacting on everyone's health. I asked them to make time 11:30 PM instead of 12:30 AM.
Suddenly management sent termination email without any proper procedure for denying to work from 1 PM to 12:30 AM IST on same day.
I asked them to give another chance but they denied and started ignoring my calls and my emails.
I have 3 months of notice period in case if I have to leave the company. I asked them to pay 3 months of notice pay in case of immediate termination without any proper reason but they are not responding on that. They gave only pending salary of March 2019 and also not paid amount which they are deducting from my salary apart from TDS.

Questions :
1) My performance was bad?
A: No, I was performing well in my job and also get appreciation for work done.
2) Why they sent termination?
A: I denied to work for 11:30 hours a day and sometimes I had to work till 3 AM also which was causing health issue for me. I asked them to reduce 2 hour break to 1 hour and let me sign off at 11:30.
3) Company Location?
A: Company HQ located in Canada and they have branch in Mumbai. All Indian employees are doing remote job from home. All employee must have to be in conference call from 1 PM to 12:30 AM.
My Questions
1. Did I do wrong asking 3 months notice pay?
2. Did they do right firing me with no pay?
3. Can I put case in civil court for firing me for false reasons?
4. Will labor dept. be able to do anything?
5. Can I put police case against company for doing such thing?
6. Can I file case against them from Ahmedabad as it was remote job?
