Issuance of caste certificate in different name

Hello Sir/Ma’am I am from Bihar. I am LOHAR(लोहार) by caste which is OBC under central as well as state. Few days back, Bihar gave ST status to LOHAR. There’s another caste LOHARA/LOHRA. According to Bihar government LOHARA & LOHAR both are same and due to confusion it’s LOHARA in central (anyways state govt is dealing with center on that). But now State goverment has released a Gazette notifying all the issuing department to issue all LOHARS certificate in the name of LOHARA(लोहार). Both LOHAR & LOHARA is written as लोहार in Hindi. So now it is as simple as state govt issued me certificate attested by SDO in the name of LOHARA(लोहार). I prepared, appeared and got a central government job now. 1. Will it be considered okay?? My certificate is completely genuine and is issued by department. 2. What will happen if state govt incase revile it’s decision later somewhere after few years? 3. Will we be still in job? (Here, I didn’t do any forgery or anything, it’s all by state government).
