Section of CRPC 107/116 Drawn on me By police.

Dear Sir, I stay here in Delhi right now and I am working in government School as a Guest Teacher, My parents live in Kanpur Nagar (U.P.) as of now our Neighbors has been broken government sewage line and My mom told me about that to resolve this issue I raise a civil inquiry on JANSUNVAI APP. Later police warm them that they will not do this again and immediately repair the pipe line which has been broken but after two days I don't know why police become against us and warn us for making a small path over the sewage for going towards main road and stated that this is an illegal procedure for making a way and we should make it as it can be open easily for cleaning of sewage line & even. Later police submitted a civil summary report on Jan Sunwai app in which they stated that My family and Neighbors Family made their houses over the pipe line and both parties are making disturbance in society that's why we had been taken actions against both of them under section 107/116 of CRPC on 1.4.19 ....... In this report they even not mentioned that the pipeline was broken by our neighbors and sewage water was flowing on main road... My main concern is that Is there any action we should have to take against this report and how can we remove these charges from us and will it has any affect on verification by authorities for government jobs
