Ex servicemen status

I was enrolled in Indian Airforce on 27sep 2006 as Airman PBOR.After 10 years I have taken discharge at my own request on my selection to Public sector bank i.e Allahabad bank under ministry of finance as probationary officer through proper channel. Since as per ex servicemen criteria those who discharge from armed forces at own request are not eligible for ex servicemen status.Even after my selection at officer post my salary is very much less than my last pay drawn at IAF whereas ex servicemen pay are protected and they are getting very high salary in bank and other govt services even at clerical post. This cause me feel humiliated and inferior . Further a non combatants in armed forces are also getting ex servicemen status after 6months of continuous service on several ground otherwise than at his own requests. This is discriminatory that non uniform personal is getting ex ser status where as we are not after exemplary 10 years of service mere one small clause of at his own request.Even the SSCO after 10 years and ECOs after 5years are getting ex servicemen status . But we are not because of one clause of own request. Therefore I would like to ask whether we can file petition in court to get justice so that we can get ex servicemen status .
