About Pattadar passbooks and mutation

I Allam Divakara Rao (Rtd High School Head Master) resident of Venkampeta village, Parvatipuram (Mandal), Vizianagaram (District), Andhra Pradesh(State). I purchased a land (Survey Number 149/4 (2.27 acres)-Chinabondapalli) from Sri. Pediredla Satya Rao in 1990. That land purchased by Satya Rao from Sri. Gorle Surya Narayana. Gorle Suryanarayana was the political sufferer and government gave that land to him but after 30 years of his own possession, he sold that land to Satya Rao due to his daughter's marriage with all the permissions from the previous collector. After that Satya Rao sold that land to me. Unfortunately, still, that land not deleted from the 22-A records. I already gave a lot of applications to CCLA, grievance cell, Vizianagaram and RDO office, Parvatipuram. Even though there is no deletion from records. At the age of 65, I visited 30 times to all these offices. I have all the documents legally even though revenue officers are not deleted my land from 22-A-list. Till now I spend a lot of money as in terms of bribes. That land selling is very important for me, at the point of my health. I request you to take necessary action against this issue. Mentally, physically I became very sick due to this issue. Revenue divisional officer, Parvatipuram not interested to resolve my issue. I served as a teacher 30 years honestly and with sincere efforts but now regretted about this government and officials nature. Till now I applied 10 RTI applications to the collector, Vizianagaram, and CCLA also but there is no use. My mail is [deleted]
