Redo of selcetion

I applied for Group A post invited by KPSC. at the time of apply i claimed 3A(OBC) reservation because the income and caste certificate within five years(as per notification Caste & income certicate valid for 5 yrs. it should be within 5 yrs at the time of apply). but im working in KSRTC as a class 2 officer & i got NOC. i mentioned my job detail in application. i qualified for interview under gm/ rural category and selected under the same category in provision selection list. but later i came to know because im a class 2 0fficer i fall under creamy layer. so i bring the same thing to the notice of kpsc by sublmitting objection and requested select me in pure GM category instead of GM rural. i claimed reservation because certificte is within 5 years. even i have merit and nobody affected by considering me gm/others. but KPSC didnt consider my objection consider me in gm rural and published final selction list. because of rural reservation i hav to produce validity certificate which is not possible because im a class 2 officer. so approched court . pls give advice whether court consider my plea or not. what i suppose do now.
