Rental Issue

Hello , I am writing this greviance to address our 2 issues .Below are the summary. We have a mulgi in our native place Bheemgal, Nizamabad District ,Telangana.We have provided that mulgi for a rent to tenant for Steel House and we asked him to vacate the premises after his tenure , but he didnt vacate and filed injuction suit with Case Number : OS [deleted] And below is summary of the case Below is the summary of the judgement. Jr. Civil Courts, Armoor In The Court Of :Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Armoor CNR Number :TS[deleted] Case Number :OS [deleted] Common Judgment in OS No.145 of 2012 and OS No.35 of 2015. Plaintiff and his counsel in OS NO.145 of 2012 are absent. No representation for them. Counsel for Defendant in OS No.145 of 2012 is present. Common Judgment is pronounced in open court VST one. In the result, the suit of the plaintiff in OS No.145 of 2012 is dismissed without costs. Whereas the suit of the plaintiff in O.S.No.35 of 2015 is decreed partly with costs. Accordingly, the plaintiff/landlord in OS NO.35 of 2015 is entitled to evict the PW1 tenant from the suit mulgi and to recover the vacant possession of the suit mulgi. The PW1 tenant is directed to deliver the vacant possession of the suit mulgi to DW1 the GPA holder of the plaintiff in OS No.35 of 2015 within two months from the date of this Judgment. Further, the plaintiff landlord in OS.No.35 of 2015 is entitled to claim and the defendant/tenant (PW1) is liable to pay arrears of rents from 01.11.2012 to till the deliver of possession of the suit mulgi. The landlord/plaintiff in OS No.35 of 2015 is entitled to receive Rs.500 per month towards the damages. Accordingly, the PW1/tenant is directed to pay RS.500 per month to the landlord/DW1 from 01.11.2012 to till the date of delivery of vacant possession of suit mulgi. Now the problem is we have filed for the request of the Rental amount from court which we are not receiving any cheque from the court Administrative Superintendent or respective department. I am not sure why there is a delay in giving back the rent amount to us. When we have initially checked they said we dont have court cheque book s I myself have approached through our lawyer and they informed to us directly.However we have waited, now when our lawyer is following up with the respective department ,they dont provide any update and says accountant is on leave etc. I would humbly request to look into this and provide us the natural justice.It has been nearly 4th month running we dont have any update. Another problem is the tenant has to deposit the rent amount in the court but when we have got the judgement on March 27th , 2018, he has 2 more months to deposit in the court under OS 145/2012 ,but what they have done is they provided the amount under OS 35/2015 in district court Nizamabad and provided the information to our lawyer.
