Private land misused by outsiders

My family has a peace of land in rural area in District Shimla measuring about 2 bighas. Some 15 years back people of village agreed to make a jeep-able (herinafter referred to as 'link road' road connecting village to the main road so that in times of need patients etc could be taken to hospital, immediately,. This link road runs through joint property of the villagers as well as through my family land. We have not leased this land to panchayat or any Govt. agency, but allowed to construct road and a hand-pump in our land to facilitate the villagers. I have also constructed a house on the same plot or land through which this link road runs. But nowadays people of village has been parking vehicles on this land and have made a parking on our family land ( on the link road) besides, these people also wash vehicle on the Hand pump which has been established in our land. Not only this, but people also use to park and wash vehicles infront of the gate of my house which opening of the link road. now what should I do to get rid of these people who are mis-using our private land and burning waste material on the road infront of my house. what legal action should i take against these miscreants. I shall be highly obliged for invaluable advice.
