Can i get my property back if my dad sold the property by disobeying the will?
My father and his 2 brothers inherited a property which includes a big temple "Ram mandir" from their late brother "Balram". In Balram's will, he stated that said "ram mandir" premises should not be sold in any circumstances. He was aware that his successors are uneducated and alcohol addicts who would eventually sell the property without its actual worth. Balram appointed his friend "Ravi" as caretaker of the said property and stated in will that he should make sure that the property cannot be sold. Yet, my father along with his 2 brothers sold the property, with consent of the caretaker, in 4 times less than it's actual worth under the influence of their trust on the caretaker to a "third party". Caretaker didnt sign on the sale deed though. The third party agreed with the 3 brothers that he would let them stay in the said premises and would give a part of it to them incase any redevelopment scheme arises. It's been a month since my father expired and now the third party is pressuring me to leave the premises.
