Resolving Issues in DOB and Place of Birth Issues in Passport

I am Prof. Mohamed Ali Jinnah, working Pandian Saraswathy Yadav Engineering College as Civil Engineering Professor. Assalamu Alaikkum (varah) First of all I need to congratulate you for acquiring lot of International Certification in Computer Field. Sir, my daughter is studying in Govt. Medical College at Thiruvarur. Her passport was issued at Brunei as she born in that country. Hence her passport indicates, her place of birth as Brunei and date of birth as 03.01.2001. In due course of time we have renewed her passport about 2 times without conflicting the above info. But, when she happened to appear for SSLC, she has to register with her birth certificate. Our unfortunate Educational officials not able to give age relaxation for 7.5 months. Moreover they require birth certificate which we had lost also. We tried with passport that also made a situation, 100% not guaranty to give relaxation for that span of bottleneck duration. Moreover my daughter under stress for her registration of SSLC public exam. Actually speaking her school expected her to get State Rank too. Finally I have committed a mistake due to that situation of that time, I have used her old birth certificate that we have manipulated very long back with the help of my home town Thondi. For safer side we have recorded her birth in both Brunei and India. That record of DOB we have obtained in in year 2006. So, that certificate we used for her all academic courses. In simple her passport says Place of Birth as Brunei Daussalam DOB as 03.01.2001 But her certificate other than Passport says Place of Birth as Thondi, Ramnad Dist. DOB as 14.05.2000 I have approached the passport office people thinking this is not a issue at all like But they said to me 1. Prepare an affidavit for those changing 2. First Class Judicial Magistrate or Sub Divisional Magistrate of Civil Court Order But this court order for not issuing new Birth Certificate of existing Data, as we do have originally recorded birth certificate that had been issued 2006. Hence court order should reflect the acceptance of existing data by considering the genuine reason behind this situation. I need your suggestion and help out, to resolve this issue and my daugther's academic records should be given precious important based on which her passport should renewed with records of India indicating her DOB and Place of Birth. I do have following supporting documents 1. Her X mark-sheet 2. Her XII mark-sheet 3. Her TC 4. Her Aadhaar Card 5. Her Ration Card Data 6. Her Neet Rank Card 7. Her MBBS Allotment Order Kindly I request you to consider this obligation and help me in rightest way. Assalamu Alaikkum (varah)
