Regarding service bond transfer
I'm currently working in Konkan Railway Corp. Ltd. (a PSU) as a Trainee JE for last 8 months, and I've been offered a better job in High Court and I've recently resigned from KRCL to join there. But I had signed a service agreement bond for working in KRCL for five years after completion of one year training, so now I will have to repay the training cost and entire stipend of 8 months with 12.5 percent interest as per the bond agreement to get the reliving letter from KRCL. I recently came to know about service bond transfer guidelines of Dept. of Public Enterprise MoHI & PE.
My resignation acceptance is under process on the condition that I will repay the bond amount but now what should I do if I wish to transfer this bond to next job?
I had applied for the High Court job before joining KRCL and even the final exam of high court was given a month before joining KRCL, only document verification process was done recently and there also NOC was not required from PSU employees, so I had never informed about it to KRCL before as the need for it never arised until recently when I got the final order from high court and now I've resigned by informing about this new job offer and I've also informed high court about my job in KRCL to high court registrar and sought joining extension, which is also approved.
Please provide guidance on how can I avoid paying bond amount by transferring service bond.
Thank you
