Termination on the basis of disciplinary issues

Recently this month on 10th february,2019 i got terminated by my employer on the basis of disciplinary issues.i.e-i smoked a cigarette in a non smoking zone.so i was called on 11th feb by the hr and after waiting for 1 hour they handed me out the termination letter for the fault which i agreed because i thought by agreeing my fault i will get my pending dues forrl which i haven't shown any proof whatsoever but still they said they have a video proof which i never asked for as i am a person who don't want to fall in troubles.it was written on the letter that you are terminated on the basis of disciplinary issues which might hamper the companies reputaion without any pending dues from the employer.Now when i asked for my pending dues they told me that they will get back to me after consulting with the owner of the company for which i agreed.10 days gone by they kept me fooling that they will talk to my manager first then the owner for which i agreed to.Finally today after waiting for more than 11 days i decided to go to the hr and settle out my pending dues.After keeping me waiting for 2 hour's they told me that the owner has decided not to pay me that meand terminated without pay.I got frustated and left straightway as i am a calm person.Is it possible they can do this with me or is there anyway i can get my pending dues??i am not a rich man by any means as i have to survive with my ill wife with the salary.Kindly help me guy's.I will be thankful forever.Thank you.Regard's Trideep Mondal
