Structural Repair - MHADA Mumbai at cess building
I’m staying on 1st floor at Girgaum of cess building. MHADA architect and contractor has determined that my kitchen flooring is weak due to ground floor’s CEILING.
Real Fact remains that landlord has stretched the wall (ground floor) so that she can get more space and sell it.
As matter of fact, Wall should be station on the top of another wall similarly Munda should again be station on the top of another Munda. Here, wall has been stretched by landlord intentionally since she wants to earn money and hereby column and beem (below my kitchen wall) has been damaged over period of 12 years.
Now I have three queries which I need a solution:
1. Was landlord correct and ethical in stretching the wall and manipulate the structure of the Bldg?? If no then can I ask landlord to shell out the repair cost for my kitchen.
2. If No then to whom should I report this (BMC, MHADA,)
3. If MHADA pulls down my kitchen and side wall (which will lead to cost of remake kitchen and loft) then according to rules MHADA has to remake it at their own expense or we been tenants have to make ??
